Preparing Project Assessments

Project Assessments (PAs) are written documents which conceptually describe the Transportation Enhancement (TE) project. The PA serves as a framework when the TE project enters final design.

 

The PA must include the elements in the following table. Example Project Assessments are available at the Project Development Documents Web page.
